    Front Desk Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, trainees, clients, and staff at the training facility.
    • This role involves welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, handling calls and inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Job Details

    • Greet and welcome trainees, instructors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to reflect a professional training environment.
    • Register participants for training sessions and assist with sign-in/sign-out processes.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, training sessions, and meetings.
    • Maintain accurate attendance records and distribute training materials as needed.
    • Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
    • Coordinate with trainers and facility staff to ensure seamless training logistics

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an OND certificate.
    • 1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing or front desk related role.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database systems.

    Assistant Instructor

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical fire safety training in compliance with relevant legislation, accrediting body standards, company-specific policies, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements.

    Job Details

    • Assist in preparing and delivering instructional materials to facilitate student learning. 
    • Ensure students receive adequate guidance and feedback during training sessions. 
    • Contribute to maintaining a conducive learning environment that supports student success. 
    • Collaborate with lead instructors to enhance curriculum and instructional delivery. 
    • Communicate all training arrangements (including changes) with Senior Instructor prior to and during of training 
    • Deliver training in compliance with relevant Legislative, Company, Accreditation and Industry Standards; and expectations including client contractual requirements 
    • Conduct courses to the necessary competence level ensuring continual assessment of students is carried out 
    • Take personal ownership of upholding their competence levels; understanding and familiarization with accreditation & Industry Standards to ensure satisfactory delivery of training. 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training, or a related field relevant to the subject area of instruction. 
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a training or instructional support role.
    • Relevant certifications in the subject matter or industry (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, Certified Instructor in specific technical fields). 
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    Senior Accounts Officer

    Job Summary

    • Support and coordination of the finance department (PAL), group projects and reporting within PAG.

    Job Details

    •  Assists with day-to-day running of the finance department. 
    • Assist with preparation of customer invoices – TMSA, APL and reconciliation of its related ledgers.
    • Ensure filing of statutory returns e.g. VAT, WHT are accurate and submitted on time. 
    • Preparation of Month End schedules for PAL & SYNERPET management reports – Month End Journals, Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets Schedules, Accruals, Prepayments etc. 
    •  Maintenance of GL accounts on Navision, monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet GL accounts.
    •  Follow established policies and procedures to make judgements/ decisions. 
    • Any other duty as requested by management.

    Requirements

    • Possess a Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance or related field from an accredited university. 
    • 3-6 years post NYSC experience in a financial role. Previous experience in oil and gas industry is an added advantage.
    • Must be a student member and must have passed two levels. Being qualified is an added advantage
