The Accountant will prepare timely management accounts, maintain general ledger, ensure proper transaction posting and provide financial analysis for a manufacturing business with complex banking relationships and export operations.
Requirements
B.Sc/HND (Accounting or Finance)
Minimum 3 years accounting experience - manufacturing or export business (mandated)
The Head of Accounts will be responsible for leading the accounting function,ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and driving process discipline across the finance team.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong manufacturing accounting experience who can enforce financial discipline while managing a complex multi-bank, multi-currency environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Accounting or Finance) ACA, ACCA or CPA (Mandatory)
MBA or Master's degree (added advantage)
8—12 years accounting experience
Minirnum 5 years in manufacturing/production
Minimum 3 years in senior accounting/finance leadership
Strong internal controls and ERP experience (Odoo preferred)
Multi—currency and multi-entity experience
