Laboratory Technician

Description
- The Lab Technician will support laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards in collaboration with medical staff for effective patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and advanced diagnostic tests on patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.).
- Prepare and process samples for testing.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Document and verify laboratory results accurately.
- Assist in implementing quality control procedures.
- Support senior staff with laboratory tasks and training.
- Ensure compliance with MLSCN, NCDC, and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BMLS or HND in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology with MLSCN license.
- 1-2 years of experience, with experience in Blood Banking.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a diagnostic lab is a plus.
