    Customer Service Officer

    Industry: Savings and Loans

    Job Description:

    • Ensuring the delivery of quality customer service at all times.
    • Informing customers about the company’s products, services, product features and product benefits.
    • Answering customers’ enquiries and attending to customers’ requests in timely, respectful, polite and cordial manner at all times.
    • Maximising customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and professional service and efficient complaint management.
    • Opening customers’ accounts and updating the customer database.
    • Opening and maintaining required files.
    • Maintaining a full understanding of all the company’s products, services and procedures.
    • Adhering to the company’s procedures and policies.
    • Processing customers’ transactions and documents as required.
    • Keeping work area neat, tidy and organized.
    • Collaborating with team to plan and carry out marketing and sales activities when required.

    Qualification:

    • Minimum of OND Certification.
    • Two years work experience.

    Driver

    Job Description:

    • Driving authorised staff to designated locations.
    • Complying with all traffic laws and road signs.
    • Ensuring that assigned vehicles are in good condition at all times.
    • Ensuring that vehicle papers are renewed before expiring date.
    • Ensuring that vehicles are serviced before due date for servicing.
    • Ensuring that all internal areas of vehicles are clean, neat and tidy at all times.
    • Ensuring that all faulty parts of the vehicle and all vehicle faults are repaired immediately fault occurs.
    • Washing and cleaning internal and external areas of assigned vehicle(s).
    • Carrying out necessary documentation when required.
    • Perform handy man duties when required.

    Qualification:

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for selling the company’s investment products and business development.
    • Achieve sales targets including client acquisition and Asset Under Management building.
    • Proactively identifying new clients and staying abreast of current trends in investment marketing.
    • Training and holding weekly meetings with sales team.
    • Delivering unparalleled investment advisory services to the company’s clients when requested by the company while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
    • Organising and coordinating sales events and promotional activities with sales team when required.

    • Managing press releases, bulletin board adverts and other similar tasks when required.

    • Coordinating information for meeting preparation, client agendas, discussing client issues and gathering follow-up information.
    • Providing the company with analysis of the competitive landscape through the use of analytical tools.
    • Attending departmental meetings when required.
    • Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the client experience by communicating plans, on-going client issues and client engagement strategies.
    • Performing other duties as assigned.

    Qualification:

    • Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree.
    • Five years work experience.
