    Social Media Manager - PalmPay Wealth

    Role Overview

    The Social Media Manager – Wealth Department will lead the strategic development and execution of branding initiatives to position PalmPay’s wealth management solutions as a trusted and preferred choice. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services marketing, consumer behavior, and digital engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong growth-oriented mindset and expertise in brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and performance marketing.

    Key Responsibilities

    Brand Strategy & Positioning

    • Develop and execute a compelling brand strategy to differentiate PalmPay’s wealth products in the fintech and wealth management space.
    • Define and maintain brand messaging, tone, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
    • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive positioning to refine branding efforts.

    Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation

    • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of PalmPay’s wealth products.
    • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling digital-first content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
    • Oversee the production of multi-channel marketing assets (social media, app, website, email, offline activations) in line with brand guidelines.

    Customer Engagement & Acquisition

    • Develop and execute growth-focused strategies to increase user adoption and retention of wealth products.
    • Partner with the Growth and Product teams to optimize acquisition funnels and engagement campaigns.
    • Monitor customer insights, feedback, and engagement metrics to refine branding and messaging strategies.

    Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate with financial institutions, media partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
    • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Growth teams to ensure alignment on branding and messaging.

    Performance Analysis & Reporting

    • Track and analyze brand performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to optimize future initiatives.
    • Develop insightful reports and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
    • Stay updated with fintech and wealth management trends to drive branding innovation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • 5-7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in fintech, financial services, or wealth management.
    • Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and customer engagement.
    • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid digital, social media, and influencer marketing.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
    • Familiarity with financial products such as savings, investments, and digital wealth management solutions is a plus.
    • Experience working with performance marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates) is highly desirable.

    Still and Motion Graphic Designer/Videographer

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual who can create engaging and visually appealing video content and graphic designs for our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).  
    • Design visually stunning graphics, including posts, stories, banners, and advertisements for social media.  
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with brand guidelines.  
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.  
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content.  
    • Optimize content for different platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and reach.  
    • Assist in brainstorming and planning social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience growth.  
    • Requirements:
    • Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.  
    • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).  
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.  
    • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.  
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.  
    • Knowledge of graphic design (using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva) and 3D design/animation is a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film, or a related field.  
    • Experience creating content for [specific industry, e.g., fashion, tech, lifestyle, etc.].  
    • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance.
