    Spa Manager

    Responsibilities
    Overview of Spa Operations:

    • Coordinate facility schedules to maximise usage and efficiency.
    • Develop and formulate training plans for in spa operational team members as needed/observed
    • Ensure that the spa hygiene is up to standard
    • Develop and implement marketing strategy for retail services
    • Work closely with the HR to enforce compliance of all set down rules and regulations
    • Analyse trends and metrics as it concerns spa operations
    • Liaise with production team and Admin to ensure all the spa grade products needed are available in a timely manner
    • Establish spa budget and financial goals
    • Liaise with the Lead therapist to create fun in spa team bonding, training and exposure for operational team members
    • Make and submit detailed reports as required
    • Inform operational team of job responsibilities, performance expectations, targets, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
    • Overview of daily booking schedule to ensure maximum occupancy rate
    • Actively grow revenue and profit lines by ensuring spa supplies are utilised appropriately

    Client Management:

    • Ensure that all clients and guest have the best experience and leave refreshed and rejuvenated
    • Analyse and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, suggestions and solutions
    • Monthly meetings with the operation team to keep them updated on the necessary changes, standards and developments to ensure maximum client satisfaction
    • Reaching out to disgruntled clients to resolve complaints.

    Facility Management:

    • Carrying out weekly inspections of all ORIKI equipment at your location
    • Ensure that every basic equipment in all ORIKI facility is well maintained by conducting proactive maintenance and putting all necessary plans in place to prevent spoilage
    • Work closely with management to ensure the functionality of all mechanical, electrical, glass or wooden equipment by arranging regular professional service/maintenance needed for the smooth operations of all ORIKI facilities in a proper and timely manner.
    • Analyse the repeat failures across the various facilities and implement a planned preventive maintenance
    • Make and submit detailed maintenance reports as required
    • Supervise and ensure all renovations across any ORIKI facility

    Professional Qualifications

    • Must possess at least 4 years work experience with solid knowledge on how to handle operations in a hospitality industry, Spa
    • BA / B.Sc Degree in Business Management or a related discipline
    • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be an added advantage.
    • Knowledge on cosmetology, skincare and retailing is an added advantage.

    • Proficient in Microsoft, google suites & Canvas

    Customer Services Representative

    Responsibilities
    Operations:

    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Adherence to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring the timing of appointments
    • Welcome clients in a warm, friendly way, and sincerely thanking them upon their departure
    • Advising clients on our products and services, also suggesting effective solutions where applicable
    • Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
    • Engaging and talking to clients, where permitted, on topics related to their interests
    • Maintaining product awareness for the promotion and selling of ORIKI Products
    • Attends and participates in all general and team meetings
    • When asked, evaluates potential new team members for various
    • positions and assists new team members
    • Adheres to work schedule and has good work ethics and is a team player and assists others whenever needed.

    Spa Management:

    • Completes daily check list of cleaning obligations and abides by the standard laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety.
    • Ensure all lights and devices are switched off at the end of business daily
    • Ensure all doors are properly locked at the end of business daily
    • Ensure equipment and devices used at the front desk are properly cared for

    Appearance:

    • Adhere to a high professional image standard such as dress code (uniforms should always be clean and ironed), hair do, language, and lifestyle.
    • Ensure your personal hygiene is top-notch, make use of deodorants, breath refresher and mild perfumes.

    Education/ Professional Qualifications

    • B.Sc Degree in English or any related field
    • Specialized skills and knowledge of customer service and guest retention practices
    • Professional certification is an added advantage
    • Must possess 2 - 3 years work experience as a customer service representative
    • Must be tech-savvy and know how to use Microsoft Office and other computer software
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to preserve confidentiality of the customer
    • Critical thinking and Problem-solving skills
    • Warm and friendly manners, accompanied with exceptional people skills

    Spa Assistant

    Responsibilties
    Operations:

    • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by the spa’s policies and procedures.
    • Welcoming clients in a warm, friendly way and directing them to the reception area. Also, sincerely thanking them upon departure.
    • Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitization of every area of the spa and nail studio premises
    • Ensure that any waste material is properly disposed of in the morning after cleaning and before departure by close of business.
    • Water the plants inside and outside the spa to prevent them from withering as instructed
    • Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa in areas of hygiene and cleanliness.
    • Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
    • Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
    • Attends and participates in all general and team meetings
    • Adheres to work schedule and has good work ethics and is a team-player and assists others whenever needed.

    Administrative Assistance:

    • Perform errands like product and materials procurement for the administrative and Spa service from stores and market.
    • Assist in buying lunch for other members of staff
    • Adherence to the aesthetic policies on product use, washing, sanitizing and care of equipment in the room.

    • Adheres to a high professional image standard such as dress code (uniforms should always be clean and ironed), hair do, language, and lifestyle
    • Ensure your personal hygiene is top notch, make use of deodorants, mild perfumes and brush your tongue.

    Education / Professional Qualifications

    • Basic education SSCE, including English and Maths
    • Must have professional experience as a housekeeper.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to preserve confidentiality of the customer.
    • Warm and friendly manners, accompanied with exceptional people skills.
    • Ability to lift a maximum weight of 50 pounds.
    • Able to multi-task and improvise at the spur of the moment.
    • Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good time management when cleaning up the environment.
