    Mid-Senior Colourist

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • As a Colourist, you will be the final creative touchpoint, responsible for the ultimate aesthetic and colour continuity of our projects. Your responsibilities will scale based on your experience level:
    • Perform primary and secondary colour correction, precise shot matching, and final grading for live-action, VFX-heavy sequences, and fully animated projects.
    • Collaborate closely with directors, cinematographers, and VFX Supervisors to establish and maintain the desired mood, look, and visual continuity across entire productions.
    • Manage colour pipelines, create custom LUTs, and ensure all final exports strictly meet broadcast and cinematic delivery specifications.
    • Training & Mentorship: Actively participate in our educational initiatives by developing grading curricula, conducting workshops, and training junior artists or academy students in the art and technical science of colour grading.
    • For Senior Level: Take ownership of master looks for high-profile projects, troubleshoot complex colour pipeline or ACES workflow issues, and take a lead role in designing and delivering training programmes for the department.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • A certificate, diploma, or degree in Film, Post-Production, Cinematography, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Colourist in a post-production, broadcast, or VFX studio environment.
    • Mastery of Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve is an absolute must, including an advanced understanding of its node-based grading workflows.
    • A deep, technical understanding of colour theory, cinematic lighting, and modern colour management pipelines (e.g., ACES, Rec.709, HDR, log workflows).
    • A strong eye for detail, contrast, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to elevate the emotional impact of a scene through colour.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability and willingness to teach, mentor, and clearly explain complex technical concepts to trainees.
    • For Senior Track: A proven track record of finaling high-end cinematic or commercial projects, alongside demonstrable experience in leading teams or instructional training.
    • A compelling and up-to-date showreel that highlights your grading capabilities, specifically featuring before-and-after shot breakdowns and seamless sequence matching.

    3D Animator (Mid – Senior)

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • As a 3D Animator, you will play a key role in our creative team, breathing life into our characters and environments. Your responsibilities will scale based on your experience level:
    • Create high-quality character, creature, and environmental animation in line with the project’s artistic and technical requirements.
    • Transform storyboard concepts and animatics into incredible animated sequences, ensuring the emotional depth, narrative pacing, and subtle characterisation are captured in each scene.
    • Collaborate closely with directors, production leads, and rigging artists to ensure characters perform optimally within the pipeline.
    • Maintain strong performance continuity, timing, weight, and natural behaviour across all shots.
    • For Senior Level: Take ownership of complex, high-priority sequences, assist in troubleshooting pipeline challenges, and actively mentor mid-level and junior animators to maintain the studio’s high quality standards.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • A certificate, diploma or degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent professional production experience).
    • Proficiency in Autodesk Maya is an absolute must.
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a 3D animation role, preferably within a VFX, film, or commercial animation studio pipeline.
    • Deep understanding of the core principles of animation, body mechanics, physics, and character acting techniques.
    • Good working knowledge of rigging systems, character setup, and how to troubleshoot basic asset issues.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to take constructive feedback and adapt under tight deadlines.
    • For Senior Track: A proven track record of guiding sequences from layout to final polish and a solid understanding of technical pipeline optimization.

    3D Modeller (Environments & Props)

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • As a 3D Modeller focusing on environments and props, you will play a key role in our creative team, building the tangible world around our characters. Your responsibilities will scale based on your experience level:
    • Create high-quality hard-surface 3D models (architecture, vehicles, weapons, and complex props) in line with the project’s artistic and technical requirements.
    • Execute precise hard-surface modelling workflows, ensuring clean, non-destructive subdivision topology and highly efficient UV layouts.
    • Texture assets to a high standard, ranging from clean, stylised looks to highly weathered, realistic materials.
    • Collaborate closely with concept artists, layout artists, and lighting teams to ensure assets fit perfectly within the scene scale, composition, and technical pipeline.
    • For Senior Level: Take ownership of complex “hero” environments and master assets, assist in troubleshooting pipeline challenges, establish standard operating procedures for scene assembly, and actively mentor mid-level and junior artists.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • A certificate, diploma or degree in Computer Graphics, 3D Art, or a related field (or equivalent professional production experience).
    • Strong working knowledge of either Autodesk Maya or Blender is an absolute must for core modelling and UV mapping workflows.
    • Expertise in Substance Painter for creating highly detailed materials, weathering, and texture maps.
    • Deep understanding of hard-surface edge flow, bevels, and optimal topology for subdivision surface (SubD) rendering.
    • A strong eye for mechanical functionality, architectural scale, proportion, and weight.
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to take constructive feedback and adapt under tight deadlines.
    • Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of ZBrush for adding organic damage, wear, and tear to hard-surface assets is highly desirable.
    • For Senior Track: A proven track record of guiding massive environment sets or complex mechanical rigs from block-out to final textured delivery, alongside a solid understanding of technical pipeline optimisation.
    • A compelling and up-to-date portfolio showcasing a strong range of hard-surface modelling, specifically including wireframe renders and UV layouts to demonstrate technical proficiency.
