    Revenue Assurance & Credit Analyst

    About the Role

    • The Revenue Assurance & Credit Analyst will play a dual role within the Revenue Assurance team, supporting the credit business by ensuring sound underwriting decisions and safeguarding the company’s revenue integrity.
    • The role combines credit evaluation, transaction monitoring, and financial analytics to identify risks, ensure accurate billing, and maintain sustainable loan portfolio growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Review and approve/decline loan applications based on defined credit criteria and risk scoring.
    • Monitor loan portfolio performance, flag delinquency, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Track and reconcile revenue, investigate discrepancies, and prevent leakages.
    • Generate timely reports and dashboards on loan performance, revenue, and credit risk.
    • Collaborate with Product, Finance, Operations, and Reconciliation teams on process alignment.
    • Maintain accurate customer and loan data, including lifetime records and activity by terminal/channel.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
    • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation

    Requirements

    • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in credit underwriting or revenue assurance (preferably in fintech or banking).
    • Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI platforms such as Looker/Tableau)
    • Strong knowledge of financial statements, loan structures, and credit scoring principles
    • Pays strong attention to detail and can work with numbers easily.
    • Solid experience in credit underwriting or loan evaluation.
    • Understanding of risk management frameworks, revenue recognition principles, financial data flows and reconciliation logic
    • Proactive problem-solver and team player
    • Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail.

    Product Manager

    About the Role

    • Manage product lifecycle; gathering and prioritising customer requirements, defining product vision and working closely with necessary stakeholders to deliver winning products.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to establish technical integration patterns and adequately liaise between technical and business stakeholders
    • Manage the process from conceptualisation, design, prototyping, development, testing, business, support, product launch and post deployment analytics.
    • Maintain and manage the product roadmap owning and writing the relevant PRDs for all features.
    • Identify and meticulously track key success metrics for product features.
    • Have a clear plan for product operations: the achievement of growth 
    • Create an avenue to receive input from product stakeholders ensuring their input is a key influence in product development.
    • Drive product launch alongside marketing team and other product management team members.
    • Gain deep understanding of customer experience in a bid to identify and fill product gaps that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive business growth.
    • Partner with the Legal and Compliance teams to ensure the products developed are compliant with relevant regulations.

    Requirements

    • A technical background or computer science/software engineering degree or equivalent work experience in a technical product development and management setting.
    • Ideally an engineer who has transitioned to product development
    • Strong Agile SCRUM experience
    • At least 2yrs Experience working in the Financial Technology Industry.
    • Proven track record of working with sales, designers, engineers and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute and track product releases.
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
    • A self-starter who works well both collaboratively as an individual contributor.
    • Exceptional communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
    • Empathy, and a genuine desire to solve our customer’s problems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without enforcing authority.
