    Graphics Playout Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the smooth playout of lower third and full frame graphics using
    • Vizrt Trio System.
    • Design any urgent or breaking news graphics.
    • Communicate effectively with the director, producers, and graphic designers.
    • Assemble CGs into the correct order on the Trio system
    • Flag up any spelling errors on CGs and full frame graphics with the directors and producers
    • Report any equipment or software faults to the engineering department.

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as media production, broadcasting, or graphic design.
    • Proven experience in graphics playout or a related role, preferably in a broadcast or media production environment.
    • Proficiency in graphics playout software and tools, such as Vizrt, Ross Xpression, Adobe After Effects, or similar applications.
    • Strong technical skills, including an understanding of video formats, codecs, and file transcoding processes.
    • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, live broadcast environment.

    Video Editor

    Key Responsibilities

    • To review shooting scripts and raw footage to create shot lists based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity.
    • Create rough and final cuts.
    • Create promotional videos.
    • Meet with clients to establish the desired feel and look for the video to be created
    • Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format
    • Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects
    • Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation
    • Create an initial proposed storyboard draft of the video to present to clients and receive approval before beginning to digitally alter video
    • Improve video and sound quality using various video software
    • Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project 2
    • Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to client's specifications

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor's Degree in Film Editing or related Degree is required
    • Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs
    • Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
    • Creative experience in filmmaking and videography
    • Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to life
    • Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions
    • Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects
    • Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project scope and implementation
    • Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to supply clients with top-notch finalised products.

    Associate Producer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Report to the Executive Producer for daily job tasks.
    • Write scripts for the show.
    • Prepare and stack the show rundown.
    • Write and post daily on our social media outlets.
    • Prep guests for their LIVE segments.
    • Work remotely but available to come to the station at a moment's notice.
    • Work closely with clients to improve the quality of their segments.
    • Time the show so that each guest has enough time to deliver their message in a timely manner.
    • Help with line producing.
    • Help with on-location shoots.
    • Help with editing when needed.
    • Assist in booking visually engaging segments for the show.
    • Providing new ideas to incorporate into the show.
    • Work with show producers to write voice-overs, manage live shots, handle guest segments and write snappy teases.
    • Create production elements for scripts, including tape and graphics.
    • Identify news, select video and sound bites, oversee editing, conduct interviews and write stories for television and the internet.

    Person Specification

    • Candidates should possess a BA / BS Degree in Journalism, Communications or related field with 1-3 Years of experience producing LIVE TV.
    • Knows how to stack a rundown for broadcast.
    • Creative writer who can write scripts for television that are informative, conversational and enticing to our viewers.
    • Energetic and friendly personality. Available to work weekdays from 6:30 AM-3:30 PM, sometimes later if need be, and available for station weekend events as well.
    • Organisation skills.
    • The ability to work under constant deadlines.
    • Ability to calmly handle live TV situations and changing events.
    • Can multitask under pressure.
    • Demonstrated social media proficiency, especially in the field, including an active, strong presence on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

    Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
    • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
    • Maintain and update company databases
    • Organise a filling system for important and confidential company documents Answer quire by employees ad clients
    • Update office policies as needed
    • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
    • Book meeting rooms as required
    • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

    Requirements
