    State Program / Monitoring & Evaluation Officers

    Responsibilities

    • Support development of strategic document data collection/tracking tools for project monitoring.
    • Support to Identify and train M & E officers at state and support group levels on M&E.
    • Responsible for providing technical support to the State/Support Group/CBO M&E officers.
    • Collating reports from State/Support Groups/CBOs initiate review provide feedback and cast M&E Data generated from all Support Groups/CBO.
    • Support the capacity building of SSRs (state M&E, Support group and CBO M&E Officers) for improved data quality.
    • Provide on-going technical assistant to M&E assistants at the National, State and support group offices.
    • Participate in the development of M&E quarterly,monthly and annual reports as well as generate monthly summary report of all program areas from the State Networks into the data management software
    • Participate in routine monitoring visits to project sites, including the conduct of data quality assurance using standard tools.
    • Support daily administrative and technical project implementation
    • Liaise with sub-recipients, consultants, partners etc. for collection, collation and analysis of field date and reports and forward same to the program manager.
    • Coordinates programs at project site and in the office
    • Train and educate volunteers on data collection and interpretation
    • Design data collection forms for collating activities done
    • Give reports on activities being carried out by the program department as stipulated in the manual
    • Organize Training/workshops on HIV/AIDS to staff and volunteers
    • Carry out health talks/Health education, nutritional counseling, career counseling and HIV counseling and Testing at project site

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Social Sciences or other related disciplines.
    • Previous work experience in Global Fund HIV/TB Grants
    • 5 years’ work experience in NGO/CBO or Int’l organizations setting
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and Power point
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, plus organizational and administrative skills
    • Working knowledge of Care & Support in HIV interventions in Nigeriaand AHD programs
    • Attentive to details, highly organized and self-motivated.

    Audit Assistant

    Job Roles

    • Execute audit assistant functions to check the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures.
    • Review, assess and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of a business unit.
    • Verify and inspect accounts receivable and payable ledgers and general ledger for its accuracy.
    • Check, inspect and reconcile bank deposits and payments.
    • Inspect, test and assess software and hardware systems for its failure.
    • Check all accounting and clients’ databases are updated and functioning properly.
    • Study, inspect and assess, budgets, balance sheets and other related financial statements and records.
    • Review and recommend changes in internal audit controls.
    • Check and verify accounting books and records are in conformity with industry practices and corporate policies.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or Finance.
    • At least 2 years of relevant auditexperience in a known and reputable organization
    • ACCA, ANAN and ICAN student membership will be an added advantage.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English mandatory.

    M& E Assistant

    Job Description

    • Project implementation: Providing support for the day-to-day implementation of a project's M&E plan, activities, and deliverables
    • Project progress: Assisting the M&E officer and Project Manager in preparing reports on project progress
    • Project monitoring: Regularly monitoring project activities
    • M&E system development: Developing M&E systems related to the program
    • Performance indicators: Tracking performance indicators
    • Data collection: Developing data collection tools and collecting data
    • Data analysis and reporting: Analyzing and reporting data
    • M&E is a continuous management function that assesses progress towards expected results, identifies implementation bottlenecks, and highlights any unintended effects of a project.

    Qualifications
