    Farm Manager

    Job Description

    • Position for a dedicated and experienced farm manager to take the helm at a 15-acre agricultural venture in Apata, Ibadan.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Farm Development: To lead the transformation and maintenance of a 15-acre site into a thriving agricultural venture.
    • Plantation Management: To manage a plantation plan.
    • Management of at least 2 full time farm workers.
    • Develop and implement strategies for planting, harvesting, irrigation, pest control and fertilization.
    • Ability to manage farm, equipment and workers on a day-to-day basis to maximise production and yield.
    • Management of inventory and farm diary.
    • Daily reporting and accountability to management board.
    • Willingness to collaborate with other NaDanJA's farm managers.
    • Supporting the sales and marketing of farm products.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
    • Hands-On Experience: Proven practical experience in farm management regardless of size of farm.

    Salary Package

    • Basic salary is between N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
    • Commission on some sales
    • Accommodation provided
    • Other benefits.

    Sales & Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    • Position for a dedicated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to handle all sales and marketing of our farm products in NaDanJA Ltd.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales and marketing of crop and livestock products from our network of farms.
    • Sourcing customers for our products
    • Taking products to sell in local markets and shops
    • Assisting buyers with their purchases.
    • Develop Sales Strategies: Creating plans to sell the company products and grow market share.
    • Maintaining relationships with potential buyers and key clients.
    • Conducting market research on where and how to market company products
    • Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products.
    • Overseeing online marketing efforts, including social media.
    • Daily report and accountability to senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
    • Hands-On Experience: Proven practical experience in farm product sales and marketing.

    Desirable and Essential:

    • Resident in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

    Salary Range

    • N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
    • Plus commission on sales.
