    Quantity Surveyor

    Job Description

    • Monitor project costs and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
    • Supervise construction projects from planning stage to completion.
    • Coordinate contractors, artisans, vendors, and suppliers on project execution.
    • Conduct site inspections and monitor daily project activities.
    • Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings and specifications.
    • Track project progress and prepare weekly / monthly reports for Management.
    • Monitor material usage and prevent wastage on site.
    • Review contractor quotations and negotiate project pricing where necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
    • Verify quality of work carried out on site before approval.
    • Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
    • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of project activities and approvals.
    • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are achieved.
    • Support Management in operational planning and project execution.
    • Handle other project management and quantity surveying duties assigned by Management.

    Civil Engineer

    Responsibilities 

    • Coordinating and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
    • Preparing structural designs and detailing drawings.
    • Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements via structural drawings
    • Reviewing the engineering tasks and ensuring necessary measures to prevent errors
    • Ensure all project works are executed timely according to specifications
    • Proper maintenance and management of construction materials
    • Initiate and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    • Coordinate with various teams to ensure project goals are met.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders
    • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors
    • Other duties assigned by the department and Management.

    Customer Service / Estate Management Personnel

    Responsibilities

    • Attend to residents’ complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and professionally
    • Serve as the first point of contact for all estate communication
    • Track and follow up on complaints until resolution
    • Coordinate with maintenance and facility teams for service delivery
    • Ensure proper documentation of all issues, resolutions, and updates
    • Communicate estate updates, and directives to residents
    • Monitor general cleanliness, service quality, and basic estate standards
    • Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary
    • Support administrative duties related to estate operations
    • Maintain strong customer satisfaction and professional relationship with residents.

    Requirements

    • 7-8 years experience in Customer Service (estate/facility experience is an advantage)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must be mature, professional, and well-organized
    • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Computer literate (MS Office, email communication)
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills
    • Added advantage: Preferably male and must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license.
