    Floor Manager

    Job Summary

    • As a Floor Manager at ahigh-end club and restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the establishment.
    • Your role will involve managing the floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a vibrant at mosphere, and collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the floor staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
    • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand service standards and protocols
