    Human Resources (HR) / Admin Manager

    Job Summary

    • As an HR and Admin Manager at a high-end club and restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization.
    • Your role will involve managing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining effective administrative systems to support the smooth operations of the establishment.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices aligned with company goals and compliance requirements
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
    • Oversee employee relations, address concerns, and provide guidance on HR-related matters
    • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing
    • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidentiality standards
    • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
    • Manage office operations, including facilities coordination, supplies, and vendor management
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
    • Monitor HR metrics and generate relevant reports
    • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to HR processes and practices

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in the club, hotel, or high-end restaurant industry
    • Professional HR certifications are highly desirable
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications
