Job Summary

• As a Floor Manager at ahigh-end club and restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the establishment.
• Your role will involve managing the floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a vibrant at mosphere, and collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams.
• You will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the floor staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
• Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand service standards and protocols
• Monitor the dining area to ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and organization
• Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of food and beverages
• Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle scheduling and staffing requirements to maintain appropriate staffing levels.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Previous experience in an A-list club, hotel, or high-end restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry best practices.
