    Radiographer

    Role Summary

    • Medbury Healthcare Group is recruiting a qualified and patient-focused Radiographer to support its diagnostic imaging services.
    • The successful candidate will operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring adherence to radiation safety standards and providing excellent patient care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform X-rays and other diagnostic imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians.
    • Ensure patient safety by adhering to radiation protection protocols.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
    • Calibrate, operate, and maintain imaging equipment.
    • Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis.
    • Educate and guide patients through the imaging process with professionalism and empathy.
    • Assist in maintaining department compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Image quality and diagnostic accuracy.
    • Patient satisfaction and feedback.
    • Compliance with safety and quality standards.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Minimum of a B.Sc Degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
    • Must be registered with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) with a valid practicing license.
    • 1–3 years of post-NYSC experience in a reputable diagnostic or medical facility.

    Technical & Functional Skills:

    • Proficiency in operating X-ray and related imaging equipment.
    • Good understanding of radiation safety principles.
    • Strong attention to detail and image quality assessment.
    • Effective communication and record-keeping skills.

    Behavioral Competencies:

    • Empathetic and patient-centered.
    • Professional and ethical in conduct.
    • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

    Medical Laboratory Technician

    Role Summary

    • Medbury Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join its Diagnostics Department.
    • The ideal candidate will assist in carrying out laboratory investigations, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery of test results that support patient diagnosis and treatment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests under the supervision of a Medical Laboratory Scientist.
    • Ensure proper collection, labeling, and handling of specimens.
    • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
    • Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings promptly.
    • Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
    • Support inventory management by ensuring adequate stock of reagents and consumables.
    • Participate in internal and external quality assurance programs.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Accuracy of test results and reports.
    • Compliance with laboratory quality standards.
    • Equipment maintenance and uptime.
    • Turnaround time for test results.

    Ideal Candidate Profile
    Education & Experience:

    • Minimum of OND in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
    • Must be a licensed member of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
    • 1 – 3 years of relevant laboratory experience in a clinical or diagnostic setting.

    Technical & Functional Skills:

    • Sound knowledge of laboratory instruments and procedures.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Good record-keeping and data entry skills.
    • Strong adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.

    Behavioral Competencies:

    • Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Organized and able to work effectively under pressure.
