    Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director.
    • The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
    • This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Managing Director's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing emails, calls, and correspondence.
    • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
    • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
    • Resourcefulness and the ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.

    Position Overview

    • We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Company Driver to join our team.
    • The Company Driver will be responsible for safely transporting employees, clients, and company goods to designated locations.

    Key Responsibilities
