    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and deepening existing relationships with customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage prospective retail customers through field activation (market storms), community outreach, and referrals.
    • Drive customer onboarding by opening savings and current accounts in line with KYC and regulatory requirements.
    • Promote and cross-sell Nova Bank's retail products and services to individuals and SMEs.
    • Execute sales plans and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets on account opening and deposit
    • Participate in promotional campaigns, brand activations, and financial literacy engagements within assigned location.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely reporting on field
    • Provide excellent service and follow up with onboarded customers to ensure engagement and
    • Work closely with the Retail Sales Team to deliver on strategic market penetration objectives.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Cluster Sales Manager.

    Requirements

    • Education: B.Sc Degree (minimum Second-Class Lower) in any discipline from a recognized institution or HND (Upper or Lower Credit) qualification.
    • Age: Not more than 30 years old at the time of application.

    Summary

    • A Weighbridge Operator would be responsible for accurately weighing incoming and outgoing trucks using a weighbridge system, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and ensuring the weighbridge's operational integrity.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Organization including managing an extremely active administrative structure of the organization.
    • Composing and preparing correspondence; monitors and responds to emails; researches required information or background on organizations and individuals.

    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAGE) is important
    • Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA)

    HR Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the HR manager on production topics – compliance etc
    • Ensure all office policies and procedures are adhered to, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
    • Coordinate all office activities/events with support from Safety.
    • Contact person for employee records and 3rd party employee management.
    • Support across all HR touchpoints, recruitment, onboarding process, staff training documentation, and all HR related activities.

    • A first Degree in any discipline.
    • 1 - 2 years’ experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
