    Head, Brand & Marketing

    Responsibilties

    • Develop and implement long-term brand strategy aligned with corporate vision.
    • Define brand identity, positioning, messaging, and value proposition.

    Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
    • Provide accurate information about project status, payment schedules, documentation, and handover timelines.
    • Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
    • Record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Assist customers with booking forms, agreements, and contract documentation.
    • Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests.
    • Follow up on pending documentation and approvals.
    • Share construction progress updates with customers.

    Head - Customer Service

    Job Description

    • Develop and implement the company’s customer service strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Establish customer experience standards across sales, construction updates, handover, and after-sales service.
    • Create KPIs, service benchmarks, and customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop customer service managers and support teams.
    • Define team structure, roles, and performance expectations.
    • Conduct regular training programs to improve service quality and technical knowledge.
    • Promote a customer-centric culture across departments.
    • Oversee the entire client lifecycle: pre-sales support, booking and documentation coordination, and post handover support.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, project management, engineering, legal, and finance teams.
    • Design and manage a structured complaint resolution framework.
    • Handle high-level escalations and sensitive customer cases.
    • Develop SOPs for service delivery, handovers, and post-sales operations.
    • Implement CRM systems and digital tools for tracking customer interactions.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly customer service performance reports.

    Qualification 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • 10–15+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within real estate or construction.
    • Strong knowledge of real estate project lifecycle and property handover processes.
    • Experience with CRM systems and service management tools.

    Account Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
    • Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
    • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
    • Monitor cash flow and petty cash management.
    • Verify vendor invoices and process payments.
    • Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
    • Maintain accurate records of payables and receivables aging.
    • Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payment queries.
    • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Support preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
    • Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations.
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
    • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
    • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
    • Assist internal and external auditors during audit processes.
    • Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities.
    • Provide financial data and analysis as requested by management.
    • Support cost tracking and project budget monitoring (especially for construction projects).
    • Participate in financial planning and cost control initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
    • Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent) is an advantage.
    • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
