    Business Development Manager

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a very smart, hardworking, disciplined, and tenacious Business Development Manager with exceptional numerical sense, sharp presentation skills, and a proven ability to identify, pursue, negotiate and close high-value opportunities in the AgriTech space.
    • The ideal candidate must be results-driven, resilient, and capable of building and managing strong stakeholder relationships that translate into sustained revenue and growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across target markets
    • Drive aggressive revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship management
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and financial projections
    • Negotiate and close high-value deals with farmers, distributors, corporate and institutional partners
    • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
    • Track market trends and competitors to inform strategy and positioning
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets

    Key Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
    • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Partnerships (AgriTech or related sector preferred).
    • Strong numerical, analytical and financial interpretation skills.
    • Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, presentation and closing ability.
    • High level of discipline, resilience and accountability.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Results-oriented with a strong growth mindset.

    Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly intelligent, disciplined, and tenacious Executive Assistant to support top-level leadership. This role requires a sharp, proactive professional with outstanding numerical intelligence, documentation mastery, presentation excellence, and the ability to process and act on information quickly and accurately.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the executive team
    • Prepare, review, and manage financial, legal, and operational documents
    • Handle data analysis, reporting, and numerical assessments with precision
    • Develop professional presentations, briefs, and executive reports
    • Manage schedules, meetings, and confidential communications
    • Assist with contract reviews, compliance documentation, and record management
    • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders
    • Demonstrate leadership, foresight, and initiative in supporting company operations

    Key Requirements

    • Degree in Finance, Business, Law, Economics, or related field preferred with 2–5 years’ experience in a similar executive support role

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Exceptional documentation and record-keeping proficiency
    • Demonstrated ability to assimilate and apply information rapidly
    • Experience in the financial services industry is a strong advantage
