    Job Description

    • We are seeking energetic Marketers to driveour sales and drive business growth across diverse markets.

    Responsibilities

    • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and analyzing data.

    Administrative Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office operations
    • Prepare, update, and manage official records and correspondence
    • Ensure submission of reports and documentation
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and evets.
    • Assist with staff attendance records
    • Maintain updated staff & student files.
    • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
    • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
    • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
    • Assist in coordinating office activities and operations.

    Requirements

    • Must possess at least 2 years of cognate experience working as an administrator/ marketer.
    • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Account Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and accounting documents.
    • Support the processing of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
    • Help record financial transactions into accounting systems or spreadsheets.
    • Assist with bank reconciliations and verification of financial entries.
    • Organize and file financial documents for easy access and record keeping.
    • Support the accounts team in preparing financial reports and summaries.
    • Assist in tracking expenses and monitoring petty cash transactions.
    • Help follow up on outstanding invoices and payments when required.
    • Provide administrative support to the finance department.
    • Perform other accounting or finance-related duties as assigned by the Accounts Officer, Senior Accounts Officer or Head of Finance.

    Requirements
