    Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Account Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. 
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against projections.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
    • Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and prevent errors or misstatements.

    Driver

    Job Summary

    • We're seeking a reliable and experienced Office Driver to provide transportation services for our staff, executives, and guests. 
    • The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, excellent driving skills, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Transportation Services: Safely transport staff, executives, and guests to and from meetings, appointments, and other destinations.
    • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
    • Scheduling: Coordinate with staff to schedule pickups and drop-offs, and plan routes efficiently.
    • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
    • Errands and Tasks: Perform errands and tasks as assigned, such as picking up supplies or documents.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
    • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of driving experience, preferably in an office setting.
    • Knowledge of Traffic Laws: Familiarity with traffic laws and regulations.
    • Safety Record: A strong commitment to safety and a good safety record.
    • Excellent Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
