    Technical Customer Service Representative

    We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Technical Customer Service Representative to support our e-commerce and food delivery platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and vendors with technical issues, troubleshooting platform-related concerns, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone regarding technical issues related to orders, payments, delivery tracking, and account access.
    • Escalate complex technical issues to the IT or development team, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
    • Guide customers and vendors through the use of platform features, mobile apps, and online dashboards.
    • Monitor system performance and report any downtime, glitches, or recurring issues to the relevant departments.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems, support ticketing tools, and chat/email support platforms.

    Brand Operations Manager

    • We are seeking an experienced Brand Operations Manager with at least 3 years of proven expertise in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Production Operations:

    • Manage daily front and back-of-house operations, including staff supervision, shift organization, and performance evaluation.
    • Hands-on experience in kitchen management

    • OPERATING SYSTEM CONVERSION: This activity is for the conversion of Oracle Enterprise Linux to RedHat Enterprise Linux systems respectively for operating system consolidation and get RedHat subscription coverage.
    • REDHAT SATELLITE REGISTRATION: This is consolidation of all RedHat Enterprise Linux footprints on centralized management system – RedHat Satellite. This centralizes package, patch, jobs execution and management.
    • OPERATING SYSTEM UPGRADE: This activity aims at upgrade of RedHat Enterprise Linux 7.9 to 8.10 respectively. This assures environment being security compliant and within support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support the migration from Oracle Enterprise Linux (OEL) to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
    • Integrate Linux hosts with RedHat Satellite for centralized management.
    • Perform advanced troubleshooting of Linux operating systems and applications.
    • Automate routine tasks using tools like Ansible.
    • Apply ITIL processes (change, incident, problem management) in daily operations.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Strong proficiency in Linux system administration (RHEL preferred).
    • Experience with RedHat Satellite, Ansible, and shell scripting (Bash, Python).
    • Familiarity with network services: DNS, NFS, LDAP/Kerberos, Apache, NTP.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Certifications such as RHCE, RHCSA, or ITIL are advantageous
