    Driver

    Responsibilities

    • Driving company’s vehicles
    • Conduct timely vehicle maintenance
    • Follow safe driving practices
    • Ensure goods are secured in the vehicle

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an SSCE Certificate with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
    • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
    • Hardworking and committed
    • Good knowledge of Lagos and western states routes
    • Possession of a valid driver’s license
    • Understanding of traffic laws, road signs and vehicle documents.

    Salary
    N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.

    Account Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Record and process daily financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, payments, and general ledger entries.
    • Assist in preparing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Support inventory accounting by reconciling stock records and liaising with the production and warehouse teams.
    • Monitor and update fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
    • Participate in periodic audits and stock-taking exercises.
    • Ensure proper filing and archiving of accounting documents for compliance and audit purposes.
    • Support budgeting and forecasting processes as directed.
    • Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions such as VAT, PAYE, and WHT.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years relevant experience in an accounting/finance role. Experience in a logistics company will be an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS/GAAP).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).
    • Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    HR / Admin Manager

    Position Overview

    • The Admin/HR Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and human resources functions within the company.
    • This role will be responsible for office management, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

    Job Description

    • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
    • Ensure compliance with labor law, regulations and company policies
    • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees
    • Understand their job responsibilities
    • Implement performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
    • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
    • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
    • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
    • Maintain HR systems and processes
    • Design and implement employee retention strategies
    • Coordinate all administrative activities.

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND in any management related field
    • Professional certifications, such as CIPM, SHRM-CP or HRCI
    • 5 years cognate experience in HR.

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficient in HR software.

    Personal Attributes:

    • Ability to work without supervision.

    Remuneration
    N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
