    Head, Internal Control

    Requirements

    • First degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics
    • A Postgraduate degree (MSc or MBA) is an added advantage
    • Relevant professional qualifications e.g. ICAN, ACCA etc.
    • The individual should have up to 10 years’ work experience with at least 8 in financial services and 5 years in Internal Audit practice, 4 of which must have been in a managerial capacity with the knowledge of Insurance Industry.
    • Experience in external or internal audit compliance
    • Knowledge of internal audit methodology approach, techniques and management practices
    • Professional ethics: Promotes and applies professional ethics - Applies ethical principles and values to the activities being audited, adheres to the organization’s key policies, practices and procedures, assesses and fosters the ethical climate of the board and management, etc.
    • Governance, risk and control: Applies a thorough understanding of governance, risk and control appropriate to the organization.
    • Persuasion and collaboration: Persuades and motivates others through collaboration and cooperation
    • Critical thinking: Applies process analysis, business intelligence and problem solving techniques
    • Computer Literate
    • Strong Oral & Written Communication ability

    Head ERM/ Strategy - Chief Risk Officer

    Requirements

    • First degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration or related fields
    • A postgraduate degree (MSc or MBA) is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience 5 of which must have been at managerial level in an Insurance Company.
    • Knowledge of Insurance industry standard practices and requirements in relation to enterprise risk management.
    • Detailed knowledge of enterprise risk management, including demonstrated experience in the application of enterprise risk management disciplines to optimize risk decisions within an organization.
    • Experience in positions of increasing responsibility in the field of accounting, finance, budgeting and administration.
    • Experience in risk management/strategy is required.
    • Knowledge of risk management as well as governance and compliance philosophies, policies and management practices.
    • Report writing dealing with detailed, complex and technical concepts.
    • Knowledge of financial and accounting policies and procedures.
    • Hands-on and practical approach to solving problems.
    • Computer literate e.g.MS word, Spreadsheet and data base preparation and evaluation skills.
    • Ability to multitask/manage diverse range of functions simultaneously.
    • Well-developed analytical skills.

    Bartender

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. A good bartender will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
    • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
    • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
    • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
    • Plan and present bar menu
    • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
    • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
    • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
    • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

    Requirements

    • Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
    • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
    • Computer literacy
    • Knowledge of a second language is a plus
    • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
    • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
    • Relevant training certificate.
