    Solutions Architect

    Responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for scoping, designing, and developing Bill of Materials with pricing for solutions relating to Networks & Collaboration Solution and Intelligent Building Management System. 
    • You will architect for other areas of solution as the company deem fit from time to time. 
    • Your goal is to win the customer with innovative solutions that solve customers’ problem at a price points that gives competitive edge without compromising quality and integrity. You will interface with external vendors, OEM, and sales team in ensuring optimum performance of the solution areas under your portfolio. You will guide the company on technology trends on areas you manage from time to time. You will be responsible for achieving the financial target of the business for area of solution you manage. Performance of the solutions will be evaluated from time to time as deem fit by the organization. You will be part of a team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable solutions that is in line with customer requirement.
    • Speaking with customers via email, phone, physical meetings for initial requirement capture  Strong knowledge of Compute, Backup/DR, System and Microsoft Solutions. 
    • Knowledge of Network, Wireless, Collaboration, and Security Solutions. 
    • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, in-market field sellers, partner under your area of concentration.
    • Support sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by Presales Lead or Sales Lead.
    • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the organization
    • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
    • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported
    • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within clients. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced
    • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
    • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
    • Builds relationships especially on C-level with customers and global partners that result in superior solutions and deeper loyalty and adoption of ITH’s solutions. 
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.  Establishing the customer environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards 
    • Design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment  Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization 
    • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations 
    • Deliver Proof of Concepts (POC) 
    • Product presentations and demonstrations 
    • Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities 
    • Collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.  Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information(RFI) or a Request for Proposal(RFP) 
    • Support the team lead in preparing and implementing annual work and resource plans; support their applicability within the overall company strategy.

    Finance Intern

    Job Summary

    • To provide support in bookkeeping, capturing of accounting transactions, bank reconciliation and reporting on financial transactions. Prepares records for remittance of statutory deductions such as: Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax (WHT), Capital Gain Tax and staff related statutory payments i.e. PAYE, Pension, NHF, etc

    Job Duties

    • Updates account payable and receivable ledgers for all purchases, including payments to vendors for products or services.
    • Receives invoice and requisition for goods and services and also process payments accordingly.
    • Prepares and update prepayments, accruals and provisions schedules and ledger. ∙ Prepares weekly report for payment transactions.
    • Prepares periodic or monthly reconciliation of all accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. ∙ Relates effectively with the organisation’s financial service providers.
    • Documents and update records of all fixed assets to ensure assets are properly valued, accounted for and safeguarded.
    • Reviews records for remittance of staff related statutory payments i.e. PAYE, Pension, NHF, etc.
    • Prepares monthly account and compute appropriate taxes; VAT and WHT schedules.
    • Processes expense retirement ledgers to ensure proper accountability of all cash advances.
    • Assists in the generation of financial reports as required by management.
    • Handles all aspects of assigned bookkeeping activities such as journals and nominal ledger administration by updating the accounting application with transactions as they occur.
    • Implements accounting controls in day-to-day performance of tasks (e.g. confirm the accuracy of general ledger codes on the accounting system).
    • Documents and updates records of all assets to ensure proper valuation and security.
    • Collates and consolidates financial information from all business units and prepares trial balances.
    • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Accountant.

    Collaboration Presales Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The Collaboration Presales Engineer shall be responsible for all Presales activities involving solutions around Collaboration (Solution Architecting and Technology Sales) deliverables in the company. 
    • He is to coordinate his activities and ensure bids and solutions inquiries are attended to within the time committed to meet customer business outcomes at the best possible price. 
    • He ensures the submission to bid desk/Sales account managers/executives is of high quality and positions ITH for a win against her competition. 
    • The technology focus is Collaboration and any technology solutions the company takes up at any time. 
    • He constantly advises the business on evolving technologies based on market trends and customer requests. 
    • He is responsible for driving OEM/vendor/Distributor engagement to ensure ITH is at the appropriate partnership level supporting her Business with customers. He is responsible for his financial target.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate and oversee all the unit’s Presales activities (Solution Architecting and Technology Sales on Collaboration).
    • Participate and ensure the proper and cost-effective solution is always proposed to the customer.
    • Directs the team to support sales in achieving company technology financial targets.
    • Manages the relationship and partnerships with OEMs, Vendors and Distributors.
    • Plan and deliver technology workshops to customers to generate business opportunities.
    • Constantly provide leadership and develop the team per market needs for technology delivery and global technology trends.
    • Provides technical support to the Sales and Implementation in the review of new business.
    • Ensures that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (Key Performance Indicators) in line with business objectives.
    • Builds relationships with customers and global partners, especially with Team Lead, Collaboration, resulting in superior solutions and deeper loyalty and adoption of ITH’s solutions.
    • Perform other duties that the organization may assign.
    • Provides in-depth knowledge and expertise on presales and technical activities/ engagement.
    • Provide the Team Lead, Collaboration with reports measuring business performance through data and metrics analysis and develop ways to improve processes.
    • Oversee all research and development in line with the company's strategic plan and technology activities for enhancing existing and developing new products/services and advising on technical roadmap.
    • Assess the business risks of new technical, commercial and partnership opportunities.
