The company is seeking to hire an experienced Laundry Attendant who will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel linens, guest laundry, and staff uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and maintained to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will support the overall housekeeping operations by providing clean and well-presented laundry items that enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry according to established standards.
Operate all laundry equipment safely and efficiently (washing machines, dryers, steam irons, etc.).
Inspect laundered items to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards before returning them for use.
The company is seeking to hire an experienced Chef who will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing high-quality meals both local and continental that meet the company’s culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare a variety of meals in line with menu specifications and customer preferences.
Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality, taste, and presentation expectations.
Support in planning and developing menus for restaurants, room service, and events.
Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high performance.
Manage waste reduction and portion control to optimize efficiency.
Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (in line with HACCP).
Collaborate with other hotel departments, particularly food and beverage service teams, to ensure timely and smooth service.
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance preferred).
