Job Summary:

• This role will support the firm's fundraising function and lead strategic investor relationship management for the firm’s funds.
• The Vice President, Fundraising and Investor Relations, will play a critical role in supporting and executing the capital raising efforts for the firm's private equity and private credit. This role involves working closely with senior team members to develop relationships with potential investors, preparing marketing materials, and managing the fundraising process for current and future fund cycles.
• This role will also be responsible for managing investor communications, organizing investor conferences and events, and overseeing fund administration activities across the funds.
• This role requires effective coordination with the senior management team and other stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure effective engagement with prospective and existing investors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of private equity and fund operations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• An MBA or relevant certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, private equity, or a similar financial services or advisory role, with a proven track record of managing investor relationships and communications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.
• Solid understanding of private equity investment structures, fund management, financial statements, and market dynamics.

• The ideal candidate should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages and maintaining highly scalable and complex applications that meets the company’s business needs. Also, h/she will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate user requirements into system architecture.
• Manage projects, write frontend and backend code.
• Work with databases to create, retrieve, update, and delete data.
• Create test code to validate the application against client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.

Key Requirements:

• B.Sc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or in any related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer building both frontend and backend applications using Java Vert.x
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and at least one frontend framework.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript (NodeJS).
• Proficient in Java with extensive experience using the Vert.x framework.
• Experience building complex, scalable products.
• Experience with software engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, etc.)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.).

• The Company is looking for an Artistic Director with a special interest in (Dance, Choreography and Routines) to lead the creative vision and artistic direction for the company, overseeing choreography, rehearsals, performances, and ensuring the artistic integrity of all productions, while also managing the company’s artistic resources/talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation and development of new choreography, working closely with choreographers and dancers.
• Direct and manage rehearsals, ensuring that dancers are well-trained and prepared for performances.
• Provide constructive feedback to dancers and choreographers to improve performance quality.
• Conduct auditions and select dancers, choreographers, and other artistic staff.
• Manage the company's artistic resources, including dancers, choreographers, and other staff.
• Provide mentorship and support to dancers and other artistic staff
• Oversee all aspects of dance performances, from pre-production to post-performance.
• Ensure that performances are technically sound and artistically compelling.
• Manage the schedule of performances and events.
• Develop and manage the artistic budget.
• Negotiate contracts and deals with vendors and partners.
• Ensure that the company's operations are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in dance, choreography, and performance.
