• The company is seeking to hire a Senior Software Backend engineer specializing in core Java or/and Spring booth to work with their backend engineering team to complement the technical skills needed to be a key contributor in building and maintaining its core infrastructure and product development launch and scale.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies. S/he should be able to work independently with little or no supervision with excellent organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Write clean and scalable codes to develop functional applications.

Key Requirements:

• B.Sc/BA degree in Computer Science or any related field
• 7+ years of cognate experience working with Java EE/Spring, with at least 3 years experience as a Senior Software Engineer
• Knowledge of Object-oriented Programming concepts.
• Test-driven development (TDD) experience.
• Experience working with AWS, architecture, and design principles.
• Strong team leader and player, with the ability to improve knowledge and skills.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work independently.

• The ideal candidate must have a strong background in web application development using React Native, along with a passion for building high-quality, user-friendly and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement frontend architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality React Native code.
• Create prototypes, mockups, and staging sites for review and feedback.
• Maintain websites and implement any necessary additions or enhancements.
• Collaborate with members of the website team, including designers and back-end developers, to consistently improve the functionality and user-friendliness of web applications.
• Monitoring and improving the front-end performance of the company’s products.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s industry and any advancements in technology.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation.
• Communicate development status and document progress toward milestones.
• Work with different teams to leverage the voice of the customer feedback for development requirements
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or an engineering-related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience as a frontend engineer with proficiency on React Native preferably in a Financial/Fintech company.
• Demonstrate good understanding of the web and mobile application development process, with an emphasis on frontend design and development.
• Ability to interpret and implement web designs.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant staff or team members.
• Excellent understanding of database modeling fundamentals: entities, attributes and relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to change instructions and requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
