Job Description

• The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, promoting the company’s products or services, and driving customer acquisition and retention.
• This role combines both field and digital marketing efforts to boost the company’s visibility and achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, or referrals.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Promote brand awareness through social media, advertising, email marketing, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Organize and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years.

Job Summary

• The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting company materials to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
• This role includes maintaining the assigned vehicle in good working condition, following road safety regulations, and ensuring all trips are documented and authorised.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for the transportation of materials.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules as directed by management.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
• Conduct routine checks on vehicle systems (e.g., brakes, tires, oil, lights).
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance.
• Load and unload cargo or goods when necessary.
• Comply with traffic laws and company policies at all times.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage immediately to the supervisor.

Education

• Minimum of SSCE is required with 2-10 years.

Skills:

• Must be able to drive a manual car.
