Job Description

• The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, promoting the company’s products or services, and driving customer acquisition and retention.
• This role combines both field and digital marketing efforts to boost the company’s visibility and achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, or referrals.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Promote brand awareness through social media, advertising, email marketing, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Organize and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years.
