    Games Operation Specialist

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage the daily operations and localized brand promotion of Palmstore. Identify and promote high-quality games that suit local user preferences to achieve targets for DAU, user activity, session duration, and overall user growth.
    • Independently responsible for localized content planning, creation and editing, including short videos, images, captions, posters and other promotional materials that fit Nigeria users preferences.
    • Responsible for the game market and user analysis of the country, including user behavior, competing product analysis, policy changes, etc.
    • Familiar with the local game industry, able to collaborate with sales and business teams, introduce new game content partners and advertising partners in the country , effectively complete business docking, and establish and maintain good cooperative relationships.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve exposure, activity and user conversion.
    • Conduct local game market research, analyze user behavior and competitor activities, and generate insights to optimize content strategies, social media performance, and user growth initiatives.

    Job Requirements

    • In-depth understanding of the gaming industry, familiar with local culture, consumer habits, and gaming market trends.
    • Have experience in game platform operation, familiar with game promotion, user growth and revenue improvement strategies and skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to cooperate with sales and business teams to complete the search, negotiation, and signing of partners.

    E-commerce Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the Jumia Seller Center (listings, pricing, inventory, ratings, disputes)
    • Execute Jumia promotional calendar (Anniversary, Black Friday, Pay Day) and coordinate with the local Account Manager
    • Track weekly KPIs (GMV, conversion, SLA) and report to the Country Lead
    • Coordinate with warehouse and last-mile partners to maintain fulfillment SLAs
