E-commerce Specialist

Responsibilities
- Manage the Jumia Seller Center (listings, pricing, inventory, ratings, disputes)
- Execute Jumia promotional calendar (Anniversary, Black Friday, Pay Day) and coordinate with the local Account Manager
- Track weekly KPIs (GMV, conversion, SLA) and report to the Country Lead
- Coordinate with warehouse and last-mile partners to maintain fulfillment SLAs
- Monitor competitors on Jumia, Jiji, and other local channels - Work with colleagues joining the team from other departments as part of team integration
Requirements
- E-commerce experience and Jumia Seller Center knowledge is a strong plus
- Valid driver's license + own vehicle for multi-site visits
- Open to working with colleagues transferred from other departments
- Available to start within 1week.
