    Territory Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a goal-oriented and experienced Territory Manager to lead our business operations and growth strategy within an assigned region.
    • The ideal candidate will bring 5 – 7 years of hands-on experience in the insurance, HMO, banking, or assurance industries and a strong track record in business development and client relationship management.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive revenue and market penetration within the assigned territory.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client pipelines.
    • Lead and manage field teams to meet performance targets.
    • Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Prepare and present territory reports, forecasts, and strategic plans.
    • Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and compliance regulations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
    • 5 – 7 years of proven experience in insurance, HMO, banking, or assurance.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.

    Medical Doctor - NYSC

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a passionate and responsible Medical Doctor currently undergoing NYSC to join our medical team.
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our clinical operations, claims review, case management, and member care coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review medical claims and ensure compliance with standard medical practices.
    • Support the medical team in managing enrollees’ health concerns and referrals.
    • Participate in clinical audits and quality assurance processes.
    • Provide medical opinions on pre-authorizations and case reviews.
    • Assist in managing provider relationships and monitoring service quality.
    • Respond to medical inquiries from clients and providers.

    Requirements

    • MBBS or equivalent from a recognized institution.
    • Must be currently serving or about to be deployed for NYSC.
    • Valid MDCN license.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Interest in health insurance or managed care is an added advantage.
    • Must be detail-oriented and willing to learn.
