    Client Relationship Intern

    Responsibilities

    •  Manage and update Zoho CRM and client dashboards
    • Handle client inquiries and follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp
    • Draft offer letters and maintain accurate client records
    • Support sales and property management operations
    • Prepare weekly activity reports and track client interactions.

    Requirements

    • Female graduate, aged 22–28 years
    • Bachelor’s or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Estate Management, or related field
    • 0–1 year experience (enthusiasm and willingness to learn count!)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn CRM systems.

    Work Schedule:

    • 4 days per week, onsite in Abuja
    • Hands-on experience in real estate sales, client management, and CRM.

    Benefits

    Executive Driver

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a responsible and reliable Executive Driver to support daily operations within Abuja.
    • This role is ideal for a safety-conscious driver looking to grow within a structured real estate environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide safe and timely transportation for company executives.
    • Drive to meetings, property inspections, and official assignments.
    • Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the assigned vehicle.
    • Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
    • Comply with traffic regulations and company policies.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE (ND/NCE is an added advantage).
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Good knowledge of Abuja roads and surrounding areas.
    • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
    • Must reside in Abuja or its environs.
    • Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.

    Work Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday.
    • May be required to work on Saturdays as operational needs arise.
