    Administrative Officer (NYSC)

    Job Description

    • The Administrative Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
    • This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive support to staff and management, managing office resources, and maintaining organizational systems and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, greeting visitors, and handling incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages) with professionalism.
    • Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies, equipment, and resources, placing and tracking orders in adherence to budget.
    • Ensure the general office environment is professional, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
    • Coordinate with service providers (e.g., maintenance, IT support, cleaning) to ensure all office facilities and equipment are in excellent working order.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Must be a B2 Corp Member posted to Lagos(Mainland) yet to have a PPA

    Essential Skills:

    • Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
    • Proven ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the company's revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and services to successfully close sales deals and meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
    • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to the client's business needs.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services, features, and benefits.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reviews.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Maximum of 0-2 years of experience
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • High-level commitment.
