    Process Safety Coordinator

    Job Details

    • Ensure the compliance of established process safety standards and regulations within the asset for all including contractors and local contractors.
    • Develop and implement processes of safety management programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards and regulations. E.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, etc.
    • Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments, including HAZOP, HAZID, and other safety studies, to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation measures.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
    • Possession of relevant professional certification e.g., NEBOSH is highly desirable.
    • Possess a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in process safety management within the upstream oil & gas industry.
    • Experience in the Niger Delta/Rivers region is essential

    Skills Required

    • Strong knowledge of process safety principles, methodologies, and industry standards, including OSHA PSM and API RP 752/753.
    • Experience in conducting hazard identification and risk assessment, including HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL studies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different levels of stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

    Maintenance & Integrity Team Lead

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the review, assessment, and update of integrity management and inspection data for pressure systems, pipelines, and structures and the development of project strategy documentation, risk assessments, and Written

    Schemes of Examination. 

    Plan and provide technical support for materials selection and specifications for pipelines/flowlines and all company static assets to advise the Engineering design team on materials specification and operational requirements using requisite design standards & codes during the design stage  

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
    • Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance management within the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

    Skills Required

    • Strong knowledge of upstream oil and gas production operations, equipment, and facilities.
    • Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS). In-depth understanding of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines), pressure vessels, piping systems, and instrumentation used in upstream oil and gas operations
