    Maintenance Methods Engineer

    Job Description

    • Contribute to development of the terms of reference for the Maintenance entity, including policy reviews, budget planning and controls, maintenance management procedures and plans as per guidelines provided by Management in accordance with COMPANYS DGEP rules.
    • Develop methods performance to improve Maintenance and/or Inspection activities performed on the two FPSO’s
    • Carry out re-engineering and assist all re-engineering special teams as required: Implement data change in CMIMS (Criticality Studies, class updates, Area Studies, Strategy reviews and updates, functional location, BOM, spare parts and MPLAN’s) by filling and transmitting the required templates to the UNISUP Lead User or Company HQ UNISUP team.
    • Be in full charge to report all Maintenance entity activities including issuance of dashboards and all maintenance reports (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Partner Reports, NAPIMS Reports, Company HQ reports, etc. Carry out required database extractions and analysis in order to present quality reports. Periodically review those reports and suggest ways of improvement in content, presentation, etc.
    • Contribute to cost control of operations under Maintenance entity. Assist to prepare/review budgets, initiate/follow-up 3S Roadmap Initiatives aimed at cost cutting in order to reduce Company general Operational Expenditures (OPEX).

    Requirements

    • Education: BSc/BEng in Engineering
    • Professional experience: 5 years in Oil & Gas business especially in Maintenance & Inspection Supervisory position.
    • Experience in maintenance support and in particular spare parts management.
    • Good knowledge of planning tools, and of CMIMS tools (preferably SAP based)
    • Good presentation and communication skills (Knowledge of French is recommended).

    CMIMS Engineer

    Job Description

    • Lead User and main focal point for Deep Water SAP PM module users
    • Organize the training of the users, organize and provide technical assistance to all PM users
    • Coordinate with Métier for mass data transfer (for both spare parts and technical data)
    • Organize, develop, and control the reporting and analysis to be obtained from Unisup for all M&I teams.
    • Initiate and conduct audits on the use of CMIMS by the M&I teams to control and correct as necessary the deviation to good practices.

    Requirements

    • Education: BSc/BEng in Engineering
    • Professional experience: Minimum 10 years in E&P business especially in Maintenance and Inspection support position and minimum experience of 5 years on Unisup.
    • Good knowledge of planning tools and of SAP based CMIMS tools
    • Good presentation and communication skills (Knowledge of French is recommended)

    Drilling Contracts & Procurement Consultant

    Job Description

    • Lead the tendering process for all drilling and completion related services and materials including dredging and related activities.
    • Manage the Contracts and Procurement (C&P) process to obtain best quality, delivery and price for the drilling services and goods.
    • Lead C&P related part on techno-commercial evaluation and price bid evaluation of bids received and coordinate the technical evaluation of the bids with the Drilling Team.
    • Integrate the work between the Drilling Team and C&P. Co-ordinate with the technical team of Drilling and interface with C&P Team and External Relations to follow the NAPIMS and NCDMB tendering process through the NipeX portal. Follow the same process for the non-NipeX related tenders.

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Engineering discipline, Commerce, Business or Supply Chain Management. (Any other degree should at least a Post Graduate Diploma degree in Contracts and Procurement / Supply Chain Management with experience in the position of Drilling C and P Manager or similar for at least 5 years).
    • Membership of appropriate Professional organization(s) - Preferred.
    • Ten years oil and gas working experience of which at least eight (8) must have been in a procurement or supply chain role with at least last four (4) years as C and P Manager in drilling and completion tenders or similar role.
    • Must have worked at least for five (5) years for an E and P Company as staff or consultant or through an IPM company.
    • Must be very experienced in the NipeX portal and able to run ITTs in NipeX with no supervision. Must have a thorough and advanced knowledge of the NipeX ITT process.
    • Must have a thorough knowledge of the NCDMB requirements as they relate to drilling.
    • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently with the drilling team and C and P team without conflicts.
