    Admin Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • To deliver via web-based logistics systems and other appropriate methods of monitoring inventory and shipment vehicles.
    • Reviews logistics processes and procedures; identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs.
    • Reviews and analyzes transportation costs, parts procurement and delivery processes, inventory issues such as back orders, and other fulfillment metrics.
    • Uses analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and/or control logistics operations and processes.
    • Monitors facilities to evaluate inventory transactions such as receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory integrity
    • Identifies opportunities to reduce costs through the manipulation of par levels, reorder points/min/max, reduction of holding costs.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Technical & Professional Requirements

    • Appreciation of property and maintenance contracts
    • Good understanding of building specifications and requirement
    • Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
    • Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
    • Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
    • Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
    • Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
    • Ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facility.
    • Participates on emergency preparedness planning team.
    • Applies, or assists with application, for required environmental permits.
    • Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.
    • Collects, interprets, and analyzes various types of logistics data including availability of product, reliabilityof transport and delivery, and other data related to product supply chain management, sourcing, and distribution.
    • Maintains database(s) of logistics & fleet information.
    • Tracks product flow from origin and management
    • Working knowledge of security requirements for technical and non-technical facilities with an appreciation of leading security techniques, approaches and concepts.
    • Result in orientation and quality-focused disposition
    • Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple priorities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
    • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND /Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years of experience.

    Salary
    N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.

    Fleet Operations Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company's fleets.
    • Ensure all vehicles & Bikes are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and meet safety standards.
    • Develop efficient and cost-effective route plans
    • Continuously optimize routes to enhance vehicle efficiency and reduce transit time.
    • Implement and oversee a periodic preventive maintenance program for all fleet vehicles & bikes
    • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external service providers to ensure timely repairs and inspections.
    • Stay updated on local and national transportation regulations.
    • Ensure that all fleet drivers comply with relevant laws and regulations in Nigeria.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise drivers to ensure they adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Develop and manage budgets for fleets, including fuel expenses, maintenance costs, and vehicle acquisitions.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize operational expenses.
    • Generate regular reports on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and on-time delivery metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Technical & Professional Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND /Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years of experience.
    • Current trends in the transport and logistics industry
    • Good project management knowledge
    • Knowledge of business processes
    • Consistently demonstrates the ability to evaluate and appropriately address complaint
    • Demonstrates working knowledge of PowerBI and other relevant software and applies it to work assignments.
    • Good knowledge of vehicle tracking system

    Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Resolve inquiries or brief the appropriate department to complete the inquiry
    • Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical-related issues and concerns
    • Manage, record, and track customer issues and follow-up with the required party for reconciliation
    • Provide personalized support to enterprise/high-value customers and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Manage inbound channels, like emails, live chat, WhatsApp chat, calls, etc, and ensure such communication is tracked on the company’s ERP.
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions in our CRM database and/or manifest
    • Communicate with internal departments to provide an efficient workflow to handle customer related issues.
    • Be a customer advocate, identify trends in customer issues with the services and provide solutions
    • Adopt a proactive approach to customer experience management.

    Requirements

    N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
