    Assistant Sales and Marketing Managers

    JOB RESPONSIBILITY

    Job description

    • Supervise and lead a team of representatives to achieve sales, volume, growth, market share and listing targets for the assigned territory (East of Nigeria).
    • Lead and coach the team to develop customer/product/therapy knowledge to implement the business plan to achieve growth objectives in each territory.
    • Guide team to execute the right frequency of multi-channel interactions for each customer, backed by rigorous action planning both pre and post-interaction.
    • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the territory to develop solutions that benefit patients, Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and distributors.
    • Visiting doctors, and hospitals to promote and sensitize them on Chemiron’s product range and benefits.
    • Encourage the team to collaborate with and provide feedback to Sales / Marketing on strategies, and tactics and identify potential new sources of business
    • Driving Distribution Management through guiding and coaching Medical Representatives.
    • Collection of Sales reports; Collection of Orders from distributors; Adhering to the sales Credit Policy; Ensuring the Phased distribution of orders such that he completes 40% targets by the 15th of every month and the final target of the month on or before the end of each month.

    Requirement and Competencies:

    • B pharm, B.sc in Microbiology, Pharmacology and Biochemistry.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (or more senior) in a reputed pharmaceutical company within Nigeria and should have handled a team of 5-6 Medical Representatives. Some examples of reputed pharmaceutical companies are Emzor, Java, Ranbaxy, Shalina, M&B, Vitabiotics, Swipha, Tyonex, Orange drugs etc.
    • To be based in Onitsha and will cover Anambra, Enugu, Abia, Benin, Owerri, Port Harcourt, Calabar and other nearby areas.
    • Should be familiar with the private hospitals, Government hospitals and distributors in Eastern Region.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Good computation Skills.
    • Ability to multi-tasking.
    • Fluent in English & Igbo (Speaking, writing, reading, and understanding)
    • Computer Skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Internet, Email)

    Fixed Asset Accountant

    SUMMARY

    The candidate will be required to focus on computing and recording day-to-day financial calculations, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, preparing taxes and checking financial records for errors. You are required to think analytically and mathematically, stay organized, communicate clearly and have attention to detail. Also, you are Responsible for analysing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Preparing accounts and tax returns
    • Monitoring spending and budgets and Preparing budget forecasts
    • Auditing and analysing financial performance
    • Financial forecasting and risk analysis
    • Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
    • Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
    • Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
    • Keeping account books and systems up to date.
    • Publish financial statements in time
    • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
    • Ensure timely bank payments
    • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
    • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
    • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
    • Audit financial transactions and documents
    • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
    • Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information
    • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results

    QUALIFICATION

    • BSc in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related fields
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in the similar field
    • Must be chartered
    • He should be self-driven, and motivated, and should be able to function independently as well as should be comfortable working in a team environment.
