Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of Foodies Restaurant, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and optimize financial performance
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives
• Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance (CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
