Role Summary

• We are seeking a Style & Guest Experience Lead who will elevate our brand presence through exceptional fashion styling, etiquette coaching, and premium guest coordination across our concierge and hostess teams.
• This role blends high-end fashion styling, luxury hospitality etiquette, and team leadership ensuring our bottle girls and hostesses look stunning, move with grace, and deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience every night.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & coordinate the concierge/hostess team
• * Style bottle girls and hostesses for elegance, glamour & brand alignment
• Oversee bottle glorification routines and formations during operations
• Train staff on poise, etiquette, body language and guest interaction
• Ensure hostesses know all VIP tables, minimum spends & guest protocols
• Maintain grooming standards — hair, makeup, wardrobe, accessories
• Curate glamorous looks and ensure wardrobe readiness each shift
• Coordinate bottle presentations with music, lighting & choreography team
• Maintain synergy between concierge and bottle service girls during service
• Ensure graceful movement, posture and table-side service presence
• Conduct pre-service checks on appearance & presentation etiquette
• Create styling calendars and look books aligned with brand identity
• Work with the creative team for brand aesthetics and guest experience moments

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion styling or luxury hospitality
• Knowledge of makeup, grooming & wardrobe curation
• Strong presence, poise and communication skills
• Ability to supervise a female-facing team with leadership & sensitivity
• Flexible to work nightlife hours, weekends & special events

• Strong background in fashion styling, grooming, etiquette coaching
• Experience in luxury hospitality, nightlife, events or fashion industry
• Exceptional eye for style, beauty and elegance

Job Summary

• We are hiring elite Bottle Service Girls to join our luxury Clubhouse team.
• This role requires beauty, charisma, confidence, and performance energy the perfect blend of elegance and nightlife allure.
• You will represent the brand, escort and present premium bottles, enhance guest experience, and bring life to our celebration moments with class and stage presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury bottle service presentations & celebratory glorifications
• Display confidence, stage presence & rhythm while performing bottle walks
• Engage guests politely while maintaining a premium brand image
• Support floor team and CSMs in smooth VIP service delivery
• Maintain high grooming standards and polished presentation at all times
• Work closely with DJs, light crew & floor manager for synchronized service
• Bring energy, charm, and elegance to the Clubhouse atmosphere

Requirements

• Minimum height 5’8 (1.73m)
• Size between big UK 8 -10
• Clear, well-maintained skin & clean facial appearance
• Good posture & confident body carriage
• Ability to move/dance with rhythm – graceful, lively, elegant movement
• Physically fit & energetic, comfortable walking and performing in heels
• Must reside in Victoria Island or can commute easily without stress
• Can resume immediately (priority will be given to early starters)
• Strong confidence, elegance, & professional attitude
• Experience in high-end clubs or hospitality is an advantage
