    Compliance Officer

    Purpose

    • To support the Compliance Manager with the implementation and management of an effective compliance and controls system.

    The Job

    • Assist in creating awareness of corporate compliance polices including Code of conduct to employees and other stakeholders.
    • Assist in administering compliance software and effect updates.
    • Assist in conducting compliance risk assessment as input to audit plan.
    • Follow up with HR Managers and obtain updates on the extent of employees undertaking attestation of compliance with the code.
    • Monitor compliance database to ensure compliance with captured compliances.
    • Follow up with compliance champions on the level of compliance with regulatory requirements and obtain information on new laws/amendment of existing laws.
    • Conduct audit of corporate policies and procedures for compliance.
    • Carry out periodic audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory obligations.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc. / HND in Economics or Finance, Law, or related discipline.
    • Professional Qualification will be an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.

    The Person Must:

    • Have excellent interpersonal, Leadership and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other compliance management tools.
    • Posses a strong organizational and follow-up skills.
    • Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

    Regional Assistant Manager - Route to Consumer Execution

    Purpose

    • Execute and optimize route-to-market strategies to ensure efficient product distribution, increased market penetration, and enhanced sales performance.
    • Drive execution excellence in distribution planning, customer segmentation, and trade partner management to maximize sales and profitability.

    The Job

    • Develop and implement regional route-to-market strategies to improve distribution efficiency.
    • Optimize customer segmentation and ensure effective trade coverage.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to drive execution of distribution and retail execution plans.
    • Analyze sales and distribution data to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
    • Strengthen trade partnerships to enhance product availability and visibility.
    • Conduct regular field visits to assess execution effectiveness and competitor activities.
    • Support the implementation of new route-to-market initiatives and technologies.
    • Ensure cost-effective trade investments for sustainable growth.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Supply.
    • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Three years of experience in route-to-market execution, distribution management, or sales operations, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
    • Proven track record in optimizing distribution efficiency and trade partner management.

    The Person Must:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.

    Regional Sales Capability Manager

    Purpose

    • Responsible for the implementation of the sales capability development plan across both consumer and foodservice business units in an allocated sales region.

    The Job

    • Ensure the execution of both on-the-job and classroom training interventions as defined in the sales capability plan within the allocated sales region.
    • Deploy identified performance metrics for each role in the sales team (including distributor sales staff) and continuous evaluation of the regional organization against these criteria.
    • Evaluate and test competencies of the regional sales force to identify skill gaps.
    • Work with the National Sales Capability Manager to drive the transfer of sales best practice from and into the allocated sales region.
    • Implement the agreed Train the Trainer activities in the region.
    • Undertake the on-boarding of all new Sales hires in the region.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
    • Certification in Business Analytics, Data Science, or CRM tools.

    Experience:

    • Five years sales experience gained in a major FMCG blue chip organization.
    • Strong field sales experience is a must.

    The Person Must:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and interpret trends to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust their strategies as needed.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
