Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Agribusiness and Consulting, you will:

• Develop & Execute Business Strategy:Translate corporate objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Drive Financial Performance:Oversee profitability and growth across strategic business units.
• Foster Strategic Partnerships:Build and leverage a strong network of industry stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
• Optimize Operations:Implement lean, efficient processes that maximize value and productivity.
• Lead & Mentor Teams:Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to drive excellence.
• Manage Key Projects:Ensure successful execution of divisional projects—on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
• Identify Market Opportunities:Spot trends, innovate, and expand the company’s agribusiness footprint.
• Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with other department heads to ensure seamless operations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Advanced Degree (PhD/MSc) in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field(B.Sc required as a minimum).
• 7+ years in Operations Management, Business Development, or Agribusiness Leadership.
• Certification or experience in Agronomy/Animal Husbandryis a strong advantage.
• Outstanding leadership abilities.
• Data analytics and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking and decision making
• Must be detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate & Convert Leads– Identify and secure new business opportunities in supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and bars.
• Achieve Sales Targets– Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
• Expand Market Coverage– Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned territories.
• Customer Relationship Management– Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
• Market Intelligence– Monitor competitors and trends to inform sales strategies.
• Reporting & Execution– Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Who We’re Looking for

• HND / BSc in any field(no prior BDE experience required; 1+ year in FMCG sales is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy(proficient with Android devices).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
• Knowledge of Lagos/Abuja markets is an advantage.
