Business Development Executive (BDE) at FITC

Key Responsibilities

• Generate & Convert Leads– Identify and secure new business opportunities in supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and bars.
• Achieve Sales Targets– Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
• Expand Market Coverage– Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned territories.
• Customer Relationship Management– Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
• Market Intelligence– Monitor competitors and trends to inform sales strategies.
• Reporting & Execution– Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Who We’re Looking for

• HND / BSc in any field(no prior BDE experience required; 1+ year in FMCG sales is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy(proficient with Android devices).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
• Knowledge of Lagos/Abuja markets is an advantage.
