    Human Resource and Admin Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
    • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
    • Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
    • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
    • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
    • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
    • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
    • Communicate with public services when necessary
    • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

    Requirements

    Mechanical Technician

    Location: Ota, Ogun

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Supports the Mechanical Technician II; acts in his absence, inclusive of Contractor Callouts, Work Order Allocation, Material Requisitions, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.
    • Executes mechanical activities on-site as directed including:
      • All planned maintenance tasks (scheduled & emergent) relevant to rotating and ancillary equipment and emergency tasks.
      • Permitting compliance with safety requirements and liaison and coordination with other Departments as required.
      • Ensures equipment, materials and tools are on-hand for work execution. Reports resources and time utilized, job scope expansion, rework or deferred maintenance as required; also keeping all tasks & activities logged and up-dated.
      • Implementation of routine PM checks including vibration & temperature inspections on designated rotating equipment and ensuring logging or recording of all readings; includes preliminary assessment and reportage on as found conditions.
      • Repairs to other static equipment as required - valves, pipe-work, pressure vessels and tanks and such-like.
      • Supervises work execution inclusive of crane rigging and lifting operations as designated.
    • Refocusing Maintenance from low indenture PM and CBM to Predictive and Proactive Maintenance Modes by practicing and implementing equipment diagnostic and prognostic instrumentation and technologies. [This enables Item (F) to a significant extent without having to off-line, shop, disassemble and inspect equipment internals.]
    • Ensuring work compliances to standards, tolerances and fits & working in accordance with sound engineering practices on all jobs under his purview, both On-Site and occasionally in Contractor Workshops; includes reading P&ID’s, Technical Literature and Equipment Manuals
    • Ensuring mechanical spare parts availability for scheduled and projected jobs inclusive of spare inventory (physical) checking and stock inspections and preliminary liaison with Suppliers and Vendors for proposals etc.
    • Equipment Problems Trouble-shooting and Basic Root Cause Analysis and Development of Solutions. Work with Senior Technicians on either Large and Special Valve Program or Revamp of Chemical Treatment electrochemical ancillary equipment maintenance (set of chemical pumps, line-work valves, new pump configurations and replacements and spare parts) as directed.
    • Liaison with & assisting other Engineering Departments as required.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc/HND in related field
    • Relevant Certification from a recognized institution.
    • Experience in factory operation is key

    Warehouse Supervisor

    Location: Ota, Ogun
    Directly Reports to: Warehouse Manager
    Functionally Reports to: Financial Controller
    Directly Supervises: Store/warehouse Staff

    Job Purpose

    • To provide management with timely and accurate financial accounts that are complete and reliable to facilitate effective planning and decision making.

    Accountabilities

    • Ensure strict compliance with all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
    • Crosscheck transporters bills with respective invoices before sending to accounts for processing and payment
    • Responsible for collection and filling of acknowledged copies of invoices, waybills and GRN from transporters
    • Ensure Accounts copies of all acknowledge POD for supplies made throughout the month gets to account latest on the 5thof the subsequent month
    • Ensure zero percent manual billing
    • Liaise with transporters for logistics
    • In charge of managing procedures relating to offloading, packing and unpacking
    • See to the reduction of loading time and dispatch of goods to the customers
    • Send daily MIS/breakdown of total items dispatched
    • Account for metal cages in customers’ custody
    • Follow up, track and update the vehicle movement from the factory to customers
    • Work with the other warehouse manager on NBC/Nestle stock to ensure proper reconciliation of stock of raw material entrusted by the customers
    • Ensuring proper filing of stores delivery notes
    • Ensure proper record of items issued out from the store
    • Reconcile goods received into the store with purchase orders.
    • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Finance and Accounts Manager

    Assistant Finance Manager

    Job Purpose (Summary)

    • Responsible for all finance activities of the company
    • Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, accounting, budgeting, financial planning and reporting, debt management, cash management, purchasing, information systems, liability insurance and customer service.

    Principal Accountabilities

    • Oversee preparation and presentation of the company’s annual budget; supervise data gathering and financial planning work associated with rate setting; prepare rate analyses
    • Coordinate departmental activities, provide responsible advice and counsel to the General Manager, on a variety of financial issues.
    • Conduct financial reviews of company/branch operations and activities and report findings and recommendations to the General Manager and ; serve as liaison with external auditors and coordinate their activities on behalf of the Company
    • Responsible for signing bills, vouchers and other reports
    • Responsible for preparation of tax returns
    • Undertake cost analysis and reports
