    Executive Assistant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prioritize appointments and ensure the CEO is adequately prepared for each
      engagement.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CEO.
    • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical,
    • Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events involving the CEO.
    • Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations for the CEO, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary planning. Handle visa applications, expense reports, and reimbursement requests related to travel.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Represent the CEO and the company professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc in any relevant field.
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Adaptability and resourcefulness to handle unexpected challenges.
    • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

    Graphics and Motion Designer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Design and develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media posts.
    • Create logos, icons, and other graphical elements for the company's website and marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
    • Assist in the design and production of presentations, infographics, and other visual aids.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

    Job Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
    • 1 - 3 years of professional experience as a Graphics and/or Motion Designer.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Strong understanding of graphic design principles and best practices
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
