Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prioritize appointments and ensure the CEO is adequately prepared for each
engagement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CEO.
Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical,
Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events involving the CEO.
Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations for the CEO, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary planning. Handle visa applications, expense reports, and reimbursement requests related to travel.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Represent the CEO and the company professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc in any relevant field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Adaptability and resourcefulness to handle unexpected challenges.
Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
