    Marketing & Sales Officer

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the life sciences, healthcare, and pharmaceutical sectors.
    • Manage and grow existing client relationships across research institutions, labs, universities, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products and regions.
    • Understand and communicate the technical features, applications, and benefits of FOWM’s life science products (e.g., reagents, cell culture media, diagnostic kits).
    • Conduct product demonstrations, training, or presentations to scientific audiences.
    • Translate complex scientific concepts into commercially relevant messaging for clients.
    • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings within the life sciences and biotech market.
    • Recommend and contribute to new product development or product improvement based on market feedback.
    • Identify new market opportunities (geographies, sectors, or institutions) for expansion.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, brochures, and digital content targeting life science professionals.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars to represent FOWM and its solutions.
    • Develop and maintain a database of key contacts and target accounts for campaigns.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
    • Strong understanding of scientific products, laboratory tools, and their applications in clinical, academic, and industrial research settings.
    • Experience selling reagents, diagnostic kits, scientific instruments, or lab consumables is highly desirable.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — able to speak credibly to both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
    • Strong planning, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Willingness to travel regularly within Nigeria and attend industry events.

    Facilities Management Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities

    • Supervise the maintenance of critical infrastructure including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, power generators, water systems, lighting, and general building upkeep.
    • Ensure all preventive maintenance schedules are followed and logged.
    • Respond promptly to repair requests or breakdowns and minimize facility downtime.
    • Coordinate third-party vendors and service providers for maintenance, repair, janitorial, pest control, and security services.
    • Monitor vendor compliance with contractual terms, safety protocols, and performance standards.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance supervision, preferably in manufacturing, biotech, food production, or laboratory environments.
    • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, facility systems, and workplace safety regulations.
    • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in using basic computer tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel) for documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
    • High level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity in handling staff, vendors, and company property.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to lead internal teams and coordinate with vendors.

    Accountant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Record day-to-day financial transactions (e.g. purchases, sales, receipts, payments).
    • Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations.
    • Ensure that all transactions are properly documented, authorized, and coded.
    • Process supplier invoices, track outstanding payments, and prepare vendor payments.

    Inventory & Material Management Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Monitor usage rates and lead times to forecast demand; plan replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstock.
    • Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, intermediate components, finished goods, reagents, and consumables
    • Maintain safety stocks and reorder points in coordination with Production, R&D, and Procurement.
    • Oversee storage of materials, ensuring conditions match requirements (temperature, humidity, cleanliness etc.), especially for temperature‑sensitive biological, chemical, or food items.
    • Implement and enforce FEFO (First Expired, First Out) / FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
    • Ensure traceability of batches / lots from procurement through usage to final product or disposal.
    • Plan and conduct regular physical counts / stocktakes; reconcile physical stock with system records; investigate discrepancies.
    • Implement corrective actions for mis‑counts, losses, wastage, expiry.
    • Receive incoming materials; inspect for quality, condition, quantity; ensure appropriate documentation (certificates, batch numbers, expiry dates etc.).
    • Coordinate with Procurement for any discrepancies or non‑conforming materials.
    • Maintain and update Warehouse Management System (WMS) or inventory control software.
    • Analyse trends and make recommendations (e.g. for reducing waste, improving storage or reducing cost).

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 1‑3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures, stocktaking, warehouse management systems (WMS).
    • Understanding and practical experience with FEFO / FIFO, traceability of materials, and handling / storage of temperature‑sensitive items.
    • Experience in biotech / life science / food processing context (chemical, biological reagents, nutritional products).
    • Familiarity with regulatory compliance for food safety, chemical storage, biosafety or lab safety.
    • Competence in data / inventory analytics, forecasting.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all production activities to meet output targets while ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
    • Monitor production metrics (yield, waste, downtime, throughput) and take corrective actions as needed.
