    Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • A leading perfume company is recruiting for the role of Sales Representative.
    • The role requires a smart person who is willing to drive sales growth, expand brand presence and create a partnership to increase market share.

    Responsibilities

    • Build a strong, comprehensive knowledge of the brands and products and in turn be the company brand ambassador.
    • Provide feedback on how products are selling as well as any customer feedback.
    • Manage and exceed customer expectations and experience by providing outstanding customer service.
    • Market and promote all range of products of the company.
    • Assist customer with their purchase by demonstrating high level of product knowledge which may include a clear understanding of brands of scents.
    • Ensure all queries are properly and professionally resolved or directed to the appropriate channel.
    • Must be able to fully explain the company’s warranty and replace policies to existing and potential customers.
    • Receive and process customer’s order in the store, over the phone or as the case may be.
    • Be target driven, using all resources given in an innovative way to meet targets.

    Process Compliance & Documentation Officer / Process Excellence Manager

    Overview

    • The Process Compliance & Documentation Officer is responsible for ensuring that all operational processes within the International Greembers plants are properly documented, implemented, and consistently followed.
    • This role is central to maintaining high standards of operational compliance, safety, and efficiency.
    • The officer will play a key part in developing and implementing a knowledge retention framework, institutionalizing SOPs, and driving accountability in daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical facility operations.
    • Ensure process documentation reflects actual operations and is regularly reviewed for relevance and accuracy.
    • Monitor adherence to documented processes and flag deviations promptly.
    • Coordinate and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance levels and identify gaps.
    • Facilitate training sessions to embed SOPs and compliance standards across the operations team.
    • Lead the transition of documented knowledge from external contractors into internal records and manuals.
    • Work with safety, quality, and operations teams to align compliance practices with regulatory and company standards.
    • Assist in developing checklists, control tools, and dashboards for real-time monitoring of compliance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process documentation, quality assurance, or compliance roles.
    • Familiarity with biomass, pyrolysis, or industrial processing environments is advantageous.
    • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and process orientation.
    • Working knowledge of ISO standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for training, collaboration, and audit coordination.

    Work Environment:

    • On-site presence at the biomass pyrolysis facility.
    • Role involves time on the production floor and in administrative settings.

    Head of Warehouse

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head of Warehouse to oversee and manage all warehouse operations for our fast-paced FMCG business.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, managing warehouse staff, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
    • Monitor inventory levels and implement control systems to reduce wastage, loss, and pilferage.
    • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
    • Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to improve workflow and space utilization.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
    • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with procurement, sales, and distribution teams.
    • Analyze warehouse performance data and generate regular reports for management.
    • Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners when applicable.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in warehouse or inventory management within the FMCG sector.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Solid understanding of warehouse best practices, health & safety standards, and inventory control.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
